Sub-Post Offices across the island, closed

All Sub-Post offices throughout the country will be closed today (28). Postmaster General Ranjith Ariyaratne said that the decision was taken considering the existing transportation difficulties.

Accordingly, until further notice, the sub-post offices will remain open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 9.00 AM and 3.00 PM. Post offices will be closed on Sundays and will be open from Tuesday to Saturday between 8.30 AM and 4.30 PM.
