National prime minister Or New Government?
It is reported that the discussion between President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) leader Mahinda Rajapaksa and Basil Rajapaksa ended without a final decision on allying the upcoming national elections.
These leaders met yesterday to discuss outstanding political matters ahead of the presidential elections slated to be conducted later this year.
