Today marks five years since the Easter attack

On the occasion of five years since the terrorist attack on Easter Sunday, special services will be held in all Christian churches across Sri Lanka today (21st).
The series of commemorative programs organized for that purpose started yesterday (20) afternoon with a special Divine Puja held at St. Anthony’s Church in Kochchikade.
Accordingly, the march from Kochchikade Church to Katuwapitiya Church was held throughout midnight yesterday.
