A new title for the President
The Sri Lanka Scout Association officially conferred the title of Chief Scout and Patron to President Ranil Wickramasinghe. It was today (21) in the morning at the President’s Office. Also, the scout commissioner’s lawyer Mr. Pesurith Fernando officiated and presented the handkerchief and the certificate of appointment related to the title of Chief Scout to the President.
