Birth-certificate will be renewed

Henceforth, the birth certificate will be introduced as a ‘National Birth Certificate’ and the ‘Are the parents married?’ The Registrar General Department says that the section has been removed from it.
According to the Registrar General N.C.Vithanage, the National Birth Certificate, which has been prepared in accordance with international standards, will be issued in both languages, and the nationality of the parents has been included in its race.
The Registrar General’s Department states that this national birth certificate will be introduced to the country in the near future under the signature of the Registrar General.
