FTX boss Sam Bankman -Fried flying to US to face fraud charges

Sam Bankman -Fried former boss of failed cryptocurrency change FTX, is aboard a plane flying from the Bahamas to the US where he faces fraud charges.

The 30-year-old is being extradited on suspicion of committing “one of the biggest financial frauds in US history “US authorities have said.

Mr.Bankman Fried who denies the allegations may have his first court appearance on Thursday morning.FTX has filed bankruptcy leaving many people unable to withdraw funds. According to a count filing FTX  owned ts 50 large creditors and almost $3.1bn.
