The “Mesh Mould” robot can form metal frames for elaborate concrete designs

This Robot performs a special role on construction sites. It helps to contract frameworks to reinforce concrete. It can bend and weld bare. In our process, the robot presses against the framework to create a contact weld. There’s an algorithm that works together with a sensor to regulate the amount of force that’s need carefully installed t the materials.

The system is particularly useful for complex unique concrete structures. It frees up construction workers for less tedious tasks. A couple of tests are still needed but it could soon be ready for the market.
