Two puppies were killed by the Car

Nuwara Eliya – A complaint has been filed regarding two puppies playing on the main road in the Mathuratta area, which were run over by a car and killed. The complaint has been lodged at the Maturata Police Station.

It has been stated in the complaint that two puppies were killed by a vehicle on purpose.

A CCTV video of the driver of a car travelling in Mathuratta driving the car over puppies playing on the street went viral on social media on the 14th. Following this, a complaint has been filed against the driver of the said car at Mathurata Police Station. Following this complaint, a woman who allegedly drove the car has been arrested.
