The shame of a foreign woman in Sri Lanka! A young man who was beaten by a sandal
Bandarawela police arrested a 27-year-old man who allegedly attacked a foreign tourist woman with a sandal.
The incident took place when the said tourist was traveling in the Udarata Menike train on Wednesday (21) evening.
