Litro Gas announces historic price reduction of Rs. 1,000 on 12.5 kg domestic cylinder

Colombo, Sri Lanka – Litro Gas, the leading supplier of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in Sri Lanka, has announced a significant reduction in the price of its 12.5 kg domestic cylinder. According to Litro Gas Chairman, Mr. Muditha Peiris, the price will be lowered by around Rs. 1,000 with effect from midnight tomorrow, April 04.

The new prices will be announced tomorrow morning, based on the pricing formula used by the company. Mr Peiris added that this is the highest price revision in the company’s history.

Several factors have contributed to this price reduction, including the drop in gas prices in the global market and the strengthening of the Sri Lankan Rupee. Customers can expect significant savings on their LPG expenses as a result of this price cut.
