A radio named “Pitarata” started for dear Sri Lankans who are abroad and who are busy in foreign jobs.

A radio called “Pitarata” started on February 07 for the dear Sri Lankans who are working abroad and Sri Lankans who are waiting to leave for work abroad. It was announced by the Minister of Labor and Foreign Employment Mr. Manusha Nanayakkara. This radio broadcasts many programs including awareness about foreign jobs, news and announcements of the Foreign Employment Bureau, special things to know when going abroad for a job, cultural and language issues of countries, and legal affairs.

A system to personally answer the questions of dear Sri Lankan workers abroad is to be implemented soon.
