3 killed and more than 30 injured when a bus carrying KDU students overturned in Badulla
The number of dead in the bus accident on the Badulla-Dunhinda road has risen to 3 and more than 30 people are being treated for injuries. Meanwhile, 6 injured persons are receiving ICU treatment at Badulla Hospital. It is reported that two female students of General Sir John Kotalawala Defense University (KDU) South campus while on a field trip died when the bus they were travelling in overturned a cliff on Badulla Dunhinda road.
