Disruption to train traffic on the upland route.

The Department of Railways says that there has been a disruption in the railway between Badulla and Bandarawela on the Upland Railway.

It is said that the railway line between Badu and Bandarawela has been obstructed due to the collapse of the mounds.

These roads are blocked due to landslides, trees and rocks. Accordingly, Badulla Bandarawela Road near Uduwara Kirimandalaya, Haputale Beragala Road, Badulla-Passara Road third post, Badulla Kadana through Spring Valley Road, Badulla Passara Road post 7, Bibila Lunugala Road Aravakumbura and other roads are blocked.
